Your full name is always visible
Your full name will be shown in all transactions. That is to create more transparency between users and to improve the security and safety for everyone using MobilePay. Read more in section 2.3 of the new terms and conditions.

Block user
The new function will make it possible to shut down unpleasant behaviour, e.g. harassment, stalking or threats.

Check the card or the account you use for your payment. Everytime.
In the new app, it’s important to be aware of which funding source you use when you pay or transfer money with MobilePay. Otherwise, the app automatically selects the one you used last.

Important information about requests
- If you had unanswered requests in the old app, they’ve unfortunately not been carried over into the new app. Luckily, it’s easy to recreate them. You can find unanswered requests from the old app under Activities > Activities > Archived activities. If you already have many activities, you may need to scroll down to find ‘Archived activities’. Then, you can recreate them through the blue menu on the home screen. In the new app, you can only request one user at a time.
- If you need to share an expense with several people, you can create a settlement.
- And remember, new requests expire within seven days!

You also get a couple of new features
- If you’re one of those who’ve missed WeShare, we’re very, very happy to announce that you can now share expenses in a group again. Find the new function under 'Groups'.
- Now, you can use MobilePay to log in other places. In the future, you can therefore choose to share your information from MobilePay with companies that offer an easy login.
- You can now get more information when you pay to businesses. E.g. a better overview of your purchases, the option to save receipts for wanting the money back or use it as a guarantee certificate.
- Now, you can get MobilePay to help you fill in your contact and delivery information when you shop online. You can read more about the new features in our terms and conditions here.
The new terms and conditions apply from 12 March 2024
If you don’t want to be covered by the new terms and conditions, you are free to terminate your agreement with us. You can do this, e.g. in the app under "Profile" > "Personal information" > "Delete your profile". In this case, your agreement with MobilePay will be terminated immediately. If we do not hear from you, we consider it as your acceptance of the changes.
